Word has leaked out of nVidia's labs that NV30 is well under way in development, but as of yet still has not taped out, meaning that the final design still has not been approved. TMSC's 0.13 micron fab plant wil be used to produce the NV30, but questions are raised as to whether Samsung will be able to provide the 1GHz DDR-II RAM for the cards. The good thing is that we know now about how well the card will perform based on the performance estimates that have leaked.
The NV30 is expected to be shipped by Christmas, but don't hold your breath.
